Services amount must be returned to us within 48 hrs in case of recharge not successful or any other issue from the date it has been delivered to the customer. Product must be returned with all tags attached in its original condition along with all Recharge services including BBPS services if recharge successful we did not entertain any cancellation request or refund policy. Once the SERVICES or recharge is not received to the user, company OFSL TECHNO SOLUTION PVT LTD will instantly credit the amount to the user 's wallet.
Refund and Cancellation for Service Provider Company
Due to service providers in nature “NO REFUND”,“NO CANCELLATION” will be entertained once the Payment has been made and uploaded on the wallet.
